RiviPod - Ultrasonic Cleaner

RiviPod is designed to clean a wide range of small everyday items, including jewellery, dentures, Invisalign, aligners, retainers, mouth guards, night guards, and other personal accessories. It’s ideal for items with hard-to-reach areas where dirt, oils, and buildup tend to collect.

However, not all items are suitable for ultrasonic cleaning. We do not recommend using RiviPod for:

• Soft or porous gemstones (such as pearls or opals)
  
• Delicate or antique jewellery with loose stones or glued settings
  
• Items with non-waterproof electronics or embedded components
  
• Leather, wood, or other porous materials
  
• Items with cracked, damaged, or weakened structures
  
• Anything you are unsure about or that is not intended for water-based cleaning
  

For valuable or sentimental items, we always recommend checking suitability before use or consulting a professional jeweller.

RiviPod uses high-frequency ultrasonic waves that travel through water, creating nano-bubbles through a process called cavitation. When these bubbles collapse, they release energy that helps lift away dirt, oils, bacteria, and debris from surfaces, even in tiny crevices.

Yes. RiviPod uses a non-abrasive cleaning method that relies on water and ultrasonic waves, not harsh scrubbing or chemicals. It is designed to safely clean delicate items without damaging their structure or finish when used as directed.

However, results may vary depending on the material and condition of each item. RiviPod is not recommended for fragile, porous, or non-waterproof items, and we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper use, or cleaning items not suitable for ultrasonic cleaning. Always check item suitability before use.

RiviPod works effectively with just clean water. However, for certain items or deeper cleans, you can optionally add a mild cleaning solution. Always ensure it is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.

Most cleaning cycles run for around 5 minutes. This is enough time for the ultrasonic waves to activate cavitation and deliver a deep, thorough clean without over-processing your items.
